In addition, taking action which results in blocking access to this website by other users will be deemed an unauthorized use. Any and all information or data, its use and application for inclusion in Khao Sok Jungle Hut’s website and any and all actions, toleration or failure to act relating to Khao Sok Jungle Hut’s website shall be governed exclusively by Thai law. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction shall be Surat Thani, Thailand.

Booking and Payment
– Khao Sok Jungle Huts requires a deposit of 50% of your requested accommodation to confirm your booking, we cannot guarantee your reservation until your payment has been received.
Changes to bookings after the deposit has been made can be done, however these will be subject to availability. Bookings and deposit are non transferable. No show, cancellation or change the dates will be charged 100% of the original deposit.
In order to pay your deposit, Khao Sok Jungle Huts uses Paypal, which offers a secure way of paying with your credit card or PayPal.
You will be requested to pay the remaining amount for your reservation (full amount minus deposit) upon your arrival to the resort. Payment can be made by cash.
Amendments:
– All amendments (i.g: change dates and/or room type) will incur a fee of 300 Thai Baht which will be charged in your bill.
